These Terms of Service govern your use of the allsetjax.com website and the HVAC and plumbing services provided by All Set Heating, Air and Plumbing ("All Set," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 3099 Apalachicola Blvd, Middleburg, FL 32068. By scheduling service or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Service Agreement
All Set Heating, Air and Plumbing provides residential and light commercial HVAC and plumbing services in Clay County and surrounding areas of Northeast Florida. Services are performed by our insured technicians. All Set is an HVAC contractor and plumbing company in the state of Florida.
We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion. Service availability is subject to scheduling capacity and geographic service area. Call 904-206-8702 to confirm coverage for your location.
Scheduling & Cancellation
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make reasonable efforts to honor all scheduled appointment times. If All Set must reschedule, we will provide advance notice whenever possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call 904-206-8702 as soon as possible. Late cancellations (less than 2 hours before scheduled appointment) may be subject to a trip charge.
Estimates & Pricing
All repair and installation work begins with a written estimate. Work will not begin until you have reviewed and approved the estimate. Final pricing may vary from the estimate if additional issues are discovered during the repair process; we will notify you of any changes before proceeding.
Promotional offers, discounts, and special pricing (including the $99 AC Tune-Up Special, $99 diagnostic fee, and veterans/first responders discount) are subject to availability and applicable conditions. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. All Set reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
Parts Warranty
All Set offers a 10-year parts warranty on qualifying HVAC equipment installations. The labor warranty covers defects in workmanship for the applicable warranty period. It does not cover:
- Equipment failures due to manufacturer defects (covered by equipment manufacturer warranty)
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and maintenance items
- Damage caused by acts of nature, power surges, or flooding
Warranty service requires proof of original installation by All Set. Contact us at 904-206-8702 to make a warranty claim.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing is available on qualifying equipment installations — ask for details when scheduling.
Limitation of Liability
All Set Heating, Air and Plumbing's liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of use of equipment, loss of business, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence.
All Set carries full general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Our technicians are employees of All Set — we do not use subcontractors.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in Clay County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
